This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on https://propings.in , operated by Mantra Enterprise and Propings Technology LLP (" Propings.in", "we", "our", "us").
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product is defective
- Product is damaged or broken during transit
- Wrong product has been delivered by us
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Color, size, or model mismatch (unless wrongly shipped)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper usage or mishandling
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
Unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, defective, or wrong-product claims.
- The video must be recorded without pause or cuts
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening of the package
- Product condition
- Customers must upload the video to Google Drive or any cloud storage
- The video link must be shared while raising the return request
Without an unboxing video, return requests will be rejected.
3. Return Request Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be entertained
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, customers must email:
The email must include:
- Order ID
- Product ID
- Clear images of the product
- Unboxing video link (Google Drive or similar)
- Brief description of the issue
Incomplete requests may be rejected.
5. Verification & Approval
- All return requests are subject to verification and internal review
- Propings.in may coordinate with vendors and courier partners
- Propings.in reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any return request
- If the provided proof is insufficient or unsatisfactory, the return may be rejected without further obligation
6. Return Pickup
- If approved, return pickup will be arranged via our courier partner
- Product must be returned in:
- Original condition
- Original packaging
- With all accessories, labels, and tags (if applicable)
Returns failing quality checks may be rejected.
7. Refund or Replacement
After the returned product is received and inspected:
- A replacement may be issued (subject to availability), OR
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Decision of refund or replacement will be at Propings.in’ discretion.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Actual credit time depends on the bank or payment provider
9. Non-Returnable Products
Unless damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, the following are non-returnable:
- Products marked as Non-Returnable
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or sale items
10. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Shipping charges will be refunded only if:
- Product is defective
- Product is damaged in transit
- Wrong product is delivered
11. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
How to Request Cancellation
Customers must email support@propings.in with the following details:
- Order ID
- Product ID
- Quantity to be cancelled
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests without complete details may not be processed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Propings.in shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect address or details provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
